What is the cheapest solution to keep my rear end from sliding from under me when i shift to second? I'm have very $$ tires on my car, so its not because I have cheap rubber. i'm thinking I need wider tires, the current are 225/40/17 ? A LSD is out of my price range right now.

Try upgrading the sway bar, if it has one.My friends mustang use too snap them on second gear spinning sideways.
Until he got better suspenion and a swaybar, now it hooks and goes.

i remember when i started driving fwd it felt so different. now it's been a few years since i've driven a rwd car.
2 weeks ago i took a car for a test drive, i work at a used car dealership.
i took out an 05 g35 6 speed and i almost drove it up a curb.
rwd just handles different then fwd, that sounds like what the problem is.
