maybe your engine is flooded from all the attempt of trying to start, I went through this issue after my fpr blew a diaphram.
try and flush all the fuel out the cylinders, disconnect the plug from the fuel pump, put some new spark plugs in and try to start the engine with fuel that remaining in the cylinders, after the fuel is burnt off, it will stall reconnect the fuel pump and start car normally, it may work, thats how I clear my flooded engine.
if that don't work, check all possible points of TDC distributor (rotor pointing at # 1 spark plug wire) CAM (arrow pointing up) crank . piston number 1 all the way up check using a long screw driver, and turning the crank with a ratchet and 19mm socket.
just throwing ideas out there.

1st off...GET OFF HER *** MAN.
she is a girl and she did the work on her car by her ------- self. just her..no-one else. her problem lies in the dizzzy AND THE LITTLE ------- ASIAN THAT TRIED TO TUNE HER ------ CAR. i know this girl, very well.
the car ran awesome right after she got the turbo on it........then she had an issue with an ex ------- that yanked some vacuum lines and wires off of it. i have been to damn busy to go look at it for her.
(i am betting that firing order is off and that plugs are junk.
