its just running like ***. idle is unstable, car 'putts' (you know what i mean if you have heard it before), doesnt sound like it firing on every cylinder. timing should be at about 16-18deg (was idling better last week). car accelerates like the timing it really retarded or missing, at about the speed of a dieing CRX HF (stock)...

the code 9 apeared one night leaving work (week or two after doing my MPFI swap on the D15B2) while doing a one wheeler, been there ever sence...

please help!

that was a good distributor....13years ago...

they look like cooper wire...kept getting a TDC code, people on H-T told me to look into it, and a buddy did too...so to amuse myself i took a look... [i replaced an ignitor and cap/rotor a while ago...sure as hell didnt notice that!]

 

btw if you live near me (Lynnwood, WA) and have a dizzy...or just the shell (Si/HF/EX) please call me 425.737.5636 i need one a couple weeks ago (from the looks of it)...

 

dustin you should just get a new one man.. like distributerking.com or whatever that site is called. Stop playin w/ used (possibly dead) dists.

 

i just made a deal for a Si dizzy...30bucks...you think i should but a new one? ha

well think of it this way: if i hack up an A6 dizzy to fit on a Z6 will they warrenty it?
