the issue resolve around the fuel system.
is it electrical
is it mechanical
does your fuel pump work all the time. is there any problems with it getting power
does your PGMFI relay click every time you turn the Key to the ON position.
are you getting 12 volts to your injectors or Resistor box.
does you vehical have PURGE valve is it working
do you have vacume leak in the Purge control line.
Vapor lock is a bitch
do your grounds have corrosion on them ( not just the battery)
IS there a engine light on all the time or intermitant( CEL/MIL code if any )

I had a similar problem...does your main relay start to click like it's tap dancing??
I got another relay from the yunkyard, but same problem...it was a ground wire that was loose...it was the 3 ground wires from the engine harnass that are screwed together on the themostat housing.
