does this really make a difference? i was talkin to a guy at a performance shop and he said it makes a huge difference.....but i also understand anything that he sells makes a "huge" difference because hes gotta sell his stuff.

As far as I know the mugen ecu's give a more agreesive timing map along with a overkill rev limiter... what? 9500 or something?
