yes It is set at .5 but what a power loss from stock timing, thats ok better for my engine.

I just put my BTM in yesterday, it is matched up to a 6al.
What do people have their static timing set at?
Mine is on the 14 BTDC line and runnning 1degree per lb of boost.
I am going to try lowering it to .5 because that's what everyone else seems to be using.

My timing is still stock, I believe it is 16 BTDC.

Anyone now if this piece that is under the dissy cap is needed?

6psi on an D16a6; ended up running 0 retard on the BTM. Stock timing, never had a problem.
