Default mpfi swap probs

ok i tryed the mpfi on a 91 crx dx i did the wire had a friend check it i have replaced the main relay and unpluged and jumped the clutch switch(one that lets car start only when it in) i have cleaned the tstat dround grounded the starter and check valve cover grond i have no codes. the problem no power to my fuel pump and start only gets .75v but at the ignition switch it puts out 12v, im stuck i cant think of anything else. so if anyone can help that would be great or i think this project is gonna be a loss cause and sent to the junkyard

Usually it's the main relay that causes problems like that. I know you said you replaced it, what did you replace it with? Another boneyard relay, or brand new? If it was a boneyard one, take the cover off it and resolder all the joints. Other than that I'd say check all your fuses, and if worse comes to worse, run a new wire from the main relay to the fuel pump. Who knows, it might have a short in it somewhere.
