ok on the plug there is 2 white wires one is supposed to have a red stripe. On one side of the plug flip the 2 white wires and see if it fires. I bet thats what it is.

Also when i wired me ecu plugs i read that b10 and b12 are empty but sometimes there may be a wire in b12. There was a wire in b12 on mine and it was white with a red strip. So i just put c1 in b10 and c2 in b12 like normal and just left that wire that was in b12 just hang. Could this be a problem?

no leaving that wire hang isnt a problem.. i would tryi switching the two white wires around.. one is the ignition out put signal and if it isnt hooked up properly it wont start. i have had this problem before. got the distributor you will see two wite wires just swap them around reset the ecu and it should start.

if not start over and tripple check your wiring.

i dont remember a ground by the thermostat. Does it come off the same wire harness as the plug going to the distributer
