Default MPFI swap: Fast idle valve?

Ok I'm in the middle of my MPFI swap, and have found there is no connector on my 91 LX harness to plug into the fast idle valve on my new MPFI manifold. None of the articles I've read on this swap mentioned this so is this something I just leave disconnected? I've reread everything I could find on this swap but can't find anything. What did you guys do for this? I'm sure this is old hat to you guys but please help, I want to get this thing running again soon because I can't afford to keep putting gas in my 95 Chevy 4wd gas guzzler!

It came off my old 91 CRX Si, it was also a 48 state emission vehicle not CA.

Well I was going to run a PG7 88/89 Integra ECU because I have one already in the civic case.

I still have the PM6 Si ECU from the 91 CRX as well.

uhm.. ok.. well thinking about it. I believe the Fast idle valve is all mechanical, no wiring for it... ?

Well, I found some info at the library. When coolant temp is below 14 degrees F. the ECU provides a ground which turns on the fast idle control solenoid valve too allow more air to pass and increase idle speed when cold. I guess I can do without this and will have to warm up the engine for a couple minutes is all . We'll see how it idles cold I guess and if I have to I can run the necessary wiring from pin B2 to the F.I solenoid connector to make it work. I'm getting close to finishing this project, will post when It actually runs.
