if it actually shered off i would rather fill the mount.
i don`t think insert would help that much after it`s broken

which mount is it anyway..with broken mount it`s still drivable tho....

front mount?...is it a EF?

IMO the front mount don`t do ---- since u still have the rear mount, i`d leave it alone

anyway, fill it is like glue it back up ,LOL yet it will flex a lot less.

The 2 side mounts in my opinion are a pain and not the worth the ffort. If you want 2 nice front/rears that will work pm me I can build a set for 105 shipped

If they're shredded, you should just go and get some junk yard replacements... Swapping them out is super easy (except the rear tranny mount). Just put a jack and piece of wood under your oil pan and you can lift and lower your engine no problem to get them out. Go to a deserted parking lot or something for an hour or two...

If you're gonna fill them, then you're fucked. You have to take a few out at a time, fill them, wait 24 hrs, and then put them back in. You probably have to do this right where you live, which obviously doesn't work. If you do the Energy Suspension inserts, go back to the first paragraph... Although my kit only came with the lower 2 and the rear tranny mount. Did I mention the rear is a bitch?

damn, i just did mine yesterday.used the inserts.i dont like the engine vibration i fell in the steering wheel,---- i even feel it in the pedals....the whole dash vibrates.the rear one is a bitch but if you remove the intake manny it makes the rear one accessible.but the motor is ------ solid as a rock now.even cut wheel hop down alot.

you only need to use the rear insert, all the benefits without the vibrations!!!!!!!!!

When I first used all 3 sets, my door speakers would fall out along with the FITV unsrewing the plunger every 5-6 months.
