Mini-Me internal swap

Re: Mini-Me internal swap
88-95 oil pumps fit the same, y7-y8 had dipsticks on the oil pump the a6-z6 did not.So where would you put a dipstick if you put a z6 oil pump on a y8?All the oilpumps flowed the same except, 89 civic crx 1.5-1.6 oil pumps flowed more for some reason. The y7-y8 oil pump did not have a problem of oiling, its because of the small oiling holes on the crank.60 dollars at the machine shop will fix that.Thats how they fixed my oiling problem on the y8.They chamfered the oil holes (I think thats what its called).I took apart a 89 oil pump and, the ring inside is way bigger than all other oil pumps i have taken apart.
