Default LS/VTEC questions

i actually have a couple of questions. I am going to be purchasing this VTEC head from a reliable person. He doesnt have the solenoid, which i will need to purchase. Anyways...i was wondering..
1. how much faster will i be doing in the 1/4mile?
2. i will need a new intake manifold, throttle body, distributer, etc...correct? (anything else?)
3. any brands i should look into for a new manifold?
4. what will i be able to rev my LS tranny up to?
5. what type of oil should i be using?
6. any performance parts, or oem replacement parts i should look into?

i am going to be turbocharging this car also.
i also know i need to buy one of those LS/VTEC oil lines too.

THANKS in advance!

its not the tranny that's the problem but rather the shitting stroke ratio of the LS rods that cant go up very high in the RPM's

1. how much faster will i be doing in the 1/4mile?
-a million

2. i will need a new intake manifold, throttle body, distributer, etc...correct? (anything else?)
-to make things simplier for you, whatever the head is, get the oem parts for it (i.e. B16 head, get a B16 intake manifold complete with tb and good stuff, distributor kinda depends on the obd you are running though)

3. any brands i should look into for a new manifold?
-yeah OEM

4. what will i be able to rev my LS tranny up to?
-a million

5. what type of oil should i be using?
-like wieght? I like 10/30 in my hondas

6. any performance parts, or oem replacement parts i should look into?
-yeah a turbo. Other than that I wouldn't really buy anything for it. You might wanna replace the timing belt and water pump, fuel filter, and such if the motor is old and you haven't run it. Then again you could just, take your chances and run it as is and hope it's all good.
