I just ordered custom bushings from crower (about $40 shipped) and then took everything to a machine shop. They shaved the big end, pressed in the bushings, and honed the bushing to fit the pin. They charged me $60 to do it. I got the rods for free, so $100 for beefier rods is a good deal to me.

I ordered the bushings 0.003 over on the outside diameter, a little smaller on the inside diameter, and a little longer on the length.

LS integra 1990-1993 integra LS, RS...All the same rod except for GSR, and they go in to a D16Z6 not a D15b7, D15b cranks are different and they wont fit an integra rod, unless its the D15B SOCH Vtec I think will accept a different crank and then you can use the rods in that.

And to the poster above they'll go in all the D16's(not sure about ZC's and D16A1's) not just the Z6. In fact Mike is running them in an A6.

Huh?

D16A1, ZC, D16A6, D16Z6, D16Y8, D15B VTEC all have interchangeable rods. LS will fit all of them equally well after having the big end thinned.
