Re:ls head bolts

head bolts are typically not a problem. srp could probably tell you how much they hold.

Re:ls head bolts

well im doing ls/vtec/turbo and people say get gsr head bolts but i hered that ls head bolts can hold 500hp so i dont know why i wold need gsr head bolts

Re:ls head bolts

it's a matter of size LS head bolts are shorter.

Re:ls head bolts

if youre worried, just get arp bolts, not srp kyle :P. And if you're shooting for high hp anyway, i would think you'd be pulling the head at some point and getting new bolts anyway, so why not spend a little more

Re:ls head bolts

arp and srp are pretty much the same thing, and only one sells bolts so I'm not too worried if I mix them up,

Re:ls head bolts

turboboy 03-26-2004 08:53 PM

Re:ls head bolts

Re:ls head bolts

check out the ls/vtec sticky at the top, it says to use gsr as does c-speed racing so I would go with gsr, ghetto has a d-series and is therefor inferior to us.
