Well, I can tell you that it won't work. With 450cc injectors and nothing to slow the pulse down your motor will flood out like you wouldn't believe. You are going to need something electronic to slow them down. With everything you listed you will have WAY too much fuel dumping into your motor. I doubt it would even idle.

450cc will be more than plenty for 8 psi.

You could probably get away with 6 psi without the injectors. I know allot of people on here use an FMU and run around 6 psi.
You could get one of those SMC things, or an Uberchip. Hondata is also an option. :P
