Default just making sure

i have a d15b2 in my car right now. my question is will a d16a6 drop right in with no modifications or will i have to adjust some things?

d15b2 is a dual point engine, you'll have to add wiring for an extra two injectors. search for dpfi->mpfi conversion information.

yea i already did that swap. i was just wondering if the a6 will drop into the engine bay with out having to relocate motor mounts etc.

Well, if you were gonna stick with your existing tranny, I think you would be ok. If your gonna use the tranny that comes on the A6 motor, then I believe you would have a problem with the axles mating up. I believe the STD and DX hubs have a different spline count than the Si had. You would just have to swap in the steering knuckles from an Si or an EX and use the Si or EX axles. Well, I think anyway.

everything is a complete bolt in mounts tranny engine everything the only difference between them is dpfi and mpfi and of coarse .1 liter thats it trust me and the axles are all the same on the tranny side the only different axles are hf and std the hubs are differnt just use your axles in the car

Yea, I knew the STD had different hubs, but I was not sure if the HF or DX did. I think I might have been thinking of the axles being a problem when swapping in a ZC, sorry.
