Default JDM D15 Vtec Manual into EK hatch Auto

Here is my problem, I swapped from y7 auto to d15 vtec JDM MANUAL in an EK Hatch Back. I used a y8 (auto) engine harness so I would not have to wire vtec. The car cranks but does not start. I checked all fuses, and fuel pump and all fuese r good and the fuel pump delivers fuel when u connect it manually, but it wont deliver fuel when connected normally. I know a ton of people who have done this swap on here (dont know if its exactly like mine) and can help> I would appreciate all the help i canget.

Now is anything imentioned above that does not work together? thanks for your help in advance guys.
