i know rear sway bar fits but front too fits in HB eg6?

if its actually an "EG6" then yes. basically if it has a front swaybar on it already then yeah, bolt on affair. if not then you need control arms that came off a car that did.

something to note before hand is that ITR's have a 24mm front sway bar... Honda lists the SAME part number for all front swaybars on 94-01 Integra's and del Sol's... US Spec of course, other markets probably have different ----... grab a micrometer and measure yours first...

for these parts 92-95 Civic lower control arms with swaybar or Integra/del Sol control arms will work with your "ITR" swaybar...
