Does anyone know what manifolds will fit the d15a3 besides the stock one with the thumb sized throttle body? Im already thinking custom build

 

From a previous post on HMT that i read --- a d16 mani may fit....

 

any d series manifold will fit. go with a z6 or y8 and you will be happy

 

I can vouch for the z6, thats what i'm running w/ my setup now.....

 

I have a p08 intake mani(z6) bare for 50 bux plus shipping

you may want to raise you rev limit a tad also

i would have to see a picture of it. I also need the entire intake, fuel rail im guessing, and the throttlebody. I know mine wont fit. besides the blade in mine is the size of a quarter. FOR THE RECORD. Im not saying you ARE wrong but i have tried to match up several single cam intakes from more modern hondas and they dont match this one. 1st gen crx si motor. heres a pic of an old one of mine all apart
this throttlebody makes me want to puke!!!!!

ur only chance is to change the entire head

 

THATS IT!!!! Im getting the TIG out tomorrow. That dinky *** TB is goin in the garbage.

dont TIG ----, ur head ports are the size of pennies
better bust out the carbide bit instead
I forsee 4hours a port to get to a standard sized d16 size
better buy a new head instead
