Default Injectors not firing

I went to have a look at a friends Integra the other day because it mysteriously stopped running and will not start. I looked everything over and checked all that I could with the tools I had available. I found out that none of the injectors are opening/closing. the fuel rail has pressurized fuel so I know the fuel pump and regulator are working, but what would be the cause of all 4 injectors not pulsing...
I'm thinking possibly a bad ecu or a serious wiring problem somewhere. It's a bone stock engine running the factory 240cc injectors. Usually if the main fuel relay goes dead the fuel pump doesn't work as well correct? I'm a little confused about what to look into and what sucks even more is it's OBD2 :P Any help guy's?

Well like I said I used what I had available at the time but, I used a test light to see if there was any current flow while the engine was being turned over. I got nothing. So I pulled the fuel rail off (with the injectors still connected and plugged in) and had someone crank the engine over. Still no fuel coming out of the injectors and they looked bone dry. The spark plugs were replaced by the owner because we initially thought it was an ignition problem until I went to look at the car. Anyway, the spark plugs still look brand new, not soaked in gasoline or anything especially after cranking the engine over.
I wish I had an ohmeter/voltmeter there to check and see what's actually going on but I'm fairly confident the injectors are not firing.

Yup, thats an option. I'd just have to find another OBD2 ecu to swap in.

You should have 12vdc there if the key is on and the ecu grounds them to fire them, check fuses and main relay
