IACV issue
Yes i ------- searched
Anyway, 00 civic, running crome on a p28 with a conversion harness. It seems whenever i run the p28, my idle gets all fucked up, which i'm assuming is caused by the p28 not controlling the IACV or something. Because when i took my turbo off for emissions and ran the stock P2P, it works fine. Am i just missing an adjustment in crome possibly? WTF is up here?

Re: IACV issue
oh god, 1 question, 2 different answers...
yeah i have a 00 civic with the original y8, so that's 2 wire IAC isn't it? (maybe it is 3, i don't remember)
what does the evap purge have to do with anything? How do i unplug it? I assume it won't set a cel because OBD1 doesn't support it?
also if i do need to swap the bitch, i guess i gotta find an OBD1 ?

Re: IACV issue
on the y8 it should be mounted to the fuel rail under the black plastic cover on the fuel rail. put the p28 in and unplug the solenoid. it didnt show a check engine light for me. im running a po6 on crome so i dont think you will have a problem.
