I want to do 10,000 rpms on my d16z6

I have a d16z6 and I would like to know what all I need to get to make this thing do 10,000rpm's more than once.

10g tach
tighter valvesprings
better reatainers
cam?
what else?

what about a new ecu and/or a vafc?
is there a simple fix to remove the fuel cutout?

you cannot do it on stock rods... and you will have to have a chipped ecu and a serious cam.

I was checking out the stage III setup from skunk2. I think that they have everything except the rods and pistons.
would I use stock compression?
Is this type of setup worth while?

I just wanted a cheap under 600 mod so I could sell my car on ebay, but it seems cheaper to boost it again.
should I sell it stock or turboed?
