i have to deal with my pos smoking like a siv cause that piece of ---- up north sold me a turd b18a1 block, o well, planning on new rings,studs,and a hg so i hope it fixes all my probs.

if your getting a lot of oil in the spark plug gulleys it might just be a bad valve cover gasket, the same thing happened to me, so you might want to try changing that real quick and see what happens.

when my car smokes, its just white smoke out the exhaust, and only after its fully warmed, then i rip on it hard, it will smoke sometimes on decel, and after i stop at a light it will smoke a little 'till i get going again, i thought it was my HG at first, but then i realized theres a tiny bit of oil accumulation on the head that looks to be seeping from the exhaust mani. , which makes me think my problem is either valve seals, or my crappy *** "remanufactured garett" turbo i got off ebay for $300 has leaky seals, either way why would i do anything about those problems untill it gets so bad it needs to be done? im gonna have to pull the head off and have the machine shop do some work in which case i'll build the whole motor, thats not justified by a little smoke, or replace the turbo with a more expensive unit, which isnt justified by a little smoke either....
