last night my cousin was bolting down the valve cover on my y7, but then something really baad happened... the two bolts on the driver side snaped, so now the threaded part is stuck in the head. its not leaking any oil when i driven it. my cousin said use a small flathead and hit it with a hammer and another friend told me i should try to drill it out. can you guys help me? thanks

Just remove the valve cover and remove those studs. Then get new ones and new bolts.. thats what I had to do when I snapped one of mine

 

If you can find used ones do it has new ones at honda are a little pricey. I think everyone has done this vc bolts dont need to be torqued down very hard

 

Center punch the broken bolts and drill them with a small drill bit. Then just take an easy out to get them out.
