-Drain your oil and run 30WT non detergent
-No cat
-no muffler
-no air filter
-no interior
I have done this and ran a 13.2. Ichinobose can vouch for me. Rawr too

iam going to say this much nicer than any one else. search type in "LS turbo" and read for an hour. and youll ahve your answer. you should read for a day or two actual time before you really get in to it imo
