I got Screwed
Okay I brought this 94 teg from a so called mechanic whose only like 19yrs old, from the outside the car is eye candy, ( black, type R wing, 15ich konig rims, lowered, carbon tail ligts) I had him drop the car off, and now I'm driving it I notice that the car is runin' super rich so I pop the hood, and notice that I have no intake pipe, nor filter, 1 injector leaks, the distributor doesn't match, and some cut wires) out of curosity I remove the gauge cluster to see why the engine light hasn't came on, and no bulb... I manage to fix the injector, got a intake, replace the engine light bulb. I go to change O2 sensor, and notice that 1 is has the wires complete cut, and the second one isn't pluged so I reach to plug and guess what remember those wires yep!!!! cut, so I manage to get those wires off a 92 accord, so now I have 1 O2 connected, but not the other where the hell is the first one suppose to connect to
bye the way I forgot to mention that the intake manifold on the car is not the proper one... sorry that this is long but I really love this car I just wonna get it runin' right .. Thanks in advance for all the help, and my wife paid 3000 for it....

Oh god you gotta love messing with a big cluster ---- like that 
Actually sorry to hear that man, I'd go back to the 19 yr old punkass that STOLE your money and left you with a heap and start pointing a few fingers. Thats not right man, especially seeing he tried to cover it all up...
But if your insisting on getting it back together, there is supposed to be one O2 sensor that connects to the end of the header/ downpipe and the plug goues into a wiring harness underneath tha intake manifold. If it's OBD2, there should be a second O2 at the catalytic converter and that plug runs through the floorboards and usually has a rubber grommet that the plug and wires run through.

Guys I can't continue to cry over spilled milk, but I would like you guys to help me on cleanin' it up. the O2 sensor are my current problem, I know where both'em are I have the second one in line connected to the wire harness behind the air intake manifold, now the question is about the first one it's plug, but the wires are cut, meaning I have to buy a new one, but my question is where do I connect it to after I pluged it in to it's proper location I don't see any loose wires that need to be plug.... nor connected

Wow, you did get fucked. No such thing as a great deal of a car from a "mechanic". Go invest in a helms manual. Chances are there is a lot more wrong with the car then you think.
Man this person who sold it to you either had no ------- clue what was going on or really wanted to make someone's life miserable.
