If it's not getting fuel, check everything fuel related. Pull the fuel line and see if there's fuel in it. If not, check for leaks/connections and check fuses (fuel pump and related).

Everything else being perfect, It should have started with the OBD0 dizzy. You unfortunately cant run a OBD1 dizzy with your OBD0 PM6.....
Got access to another OBD0 distributor?

when u first turn the key on to the accories(when all ur dummy lights come on) can u hear the fuel pump kick on for a sec then go off.if ur not sure take the purge bolt of the top off the banjo bolt(bolt holding the line coming from the tank into the fuel filter) and then turn the key on if the pump is priming the system gas should spray in to the air p.s. make sure non of ur bodies are standing around smoking

Check that with the gas, turn the key if you can hear a click, check that your getting gas to the fuel filter, If you turn the key and cannot hear it click or pump gas, check the Main Relay. It controls the fuel pump, everytime the relay clicks it should send the signal to the pump to deliver the gas. I had the same problem, the car would crank like if it was to start but would not. After 2 days of checking everything electrical and gas lines, It was the main relay.

check this site for more info on the main relay

sorry i have not replied soon enough, my boy broke his arm and had to put everything on hold. today i got to it and swapped back the harness to the si dist. and on the first crank she fired up. purring like a kitten with a severe hair ball. do i need to completely remove the bolt hole ears to move the dist for timing purposes? the timing marks (3 by them self)are closer to the intake side of the timing mark. when i try to play with the timing it doesn't seem to be making much difference. i am jumping the wires under the passenger side dash to time the motor.
