Default Hydrolocked b16

I know someone who is getting rid of there b16 because they say it's hydrolocked. There asking $600 for it...is that something I want to get? Is there an easy fix? Haven't heard of this situation before, let me know

Short of draining out the oil, what else fixes the problem? Obviously it can't just be that or else they would have done it.

Would the head have damage? Couple people say that the head wouldn't have been hurt.

with a hydro-lock usually there is piston-sleave-rod-block damage. for 600 you would be buying a usless block and a good head (probably).
