Hydrolocked b16

I know someone who is getting rid of there b16 because they say it's hydrolocked. There asking $600 for it...is that something I want to get? Is there an easy fix? Haven't heard of this situation before, let me know

for $600, no way...it sounds shot! eother get a way lower price or tell the guy to ---- off and get a better deal!!

Short of draining out the oil, what else fixes the problem? Obviously it can't just be that or else they would have done it.

Would the head have damage? Couple people say that the head wouldn't have been hurt.
