how would you judge these??/ ** wife took the pics now!!!!**
well since i got my LS swap i decided to pop the pan off and look at the rod bearings.. the it was in previously had flipped upside down and ran like that but noone really knows how long so thats why i popped it apart to check them out.. now the surface looks good the coating is basically still on them but i want to see what you guys think..
just showing the coating and 2 nicks
minor marking on rod side of the bearing..( sets in the cap)
2 marks in the cap itsself not sure how normal it is in a honda engine
it really doesnt show any signs of a spun bearing..( no blueing or hot spots) so i think they are OK but i need a couple other opinions.. also the bearing has 2 little nicks on opposite ends closest to the crank on both sides minor nicks that i acciddently did getting the cap off will that be ok or do i need to geat another one?
