from the description you give it sounds like your car has a jdm kanooter valve. those will give you about an extra 30hp.

 

they go installed in the distributor cap.

it's either a jdm kanooter valve, or synthetic blinker fluid which goes for $40. a quart and is only available in japan. the blinker fluid will give you 40 hp though.

 

o shoot i think im low on blinker fluid, i better go to autozone and get some. yikes, running out would be a very bad thing
