factory auto civic's have a tranny cooler in the radiator, not sure if they're worth a ---- tho.

 

Just empty out the coolant and just use the entire radiator for a tranny cooler then you'll be able to hit 10's!

 

I saw a video of a kid on 10 psi on a 48/60 with a d16z6 auto... not sure if it lasted though.

 

i know it was in the wrong section i figured but is there a way to modify the auto trans

 

just swap in an acura 3.2 TL tranny that'll hold it

 

will it fit in the 05 civic

those 3.2 acuras are notorious for going through auto tranny's

i am going to have to just go with small amounts of boost but its all good.

 

Considering how disposable the auto trannies are w/o boost, i can't imagine how short they'll live with it...
I'd consider a manual swap, they're really not that hard (and not that expensive considering how cheap d series parts are).
