how can i get the window crank thing off i need to remove my door panel for christ sakes!!! thanks!

 

there is a wire clip holding it on.
make a hook with wire to snag it out.

 

once you get the door panels off. There should be screws holding the glass. You will need to take the glass out first before removing the crank. Its a bitch, i know.

 

Little clip holding it on. Spin the crank until you see the small slot in it, stick a small screwdriver in there and push the clip off. I also use shop rags from time to time, wedge them in and pull down. Takes some finesse but it's doable.
