Well, im not gonna flame you, but you can find all that info by just readin around, and Im sure its on a stick up top of the forum. anyways, i never did one, but some of the ---- you will need is:
z6 head (i hear thats the better one to go with, but I have a D16y8 so i dunno)
intake mani
dizzy
vtec selenoid
ecu
i think that might be it, not too sure tho
