how do i put my radiator fan on a switch?
ok thanks a lot man, but how long do you have it on for and when do you turn it on, im sure it wouldnt hurt to have it on as long as the car is on, but, just thought id ask
and this might be dumb but does it drain the battery at all

also this is a d series 92-95 civic and i dont c any pins its just like a one prong on the sensor and a thing ti plugs into, did you maybe mean the sensor on the plug on the fan or the plug(sensor) on the block
I'd hardwire it.. just put a paperclip on the fan switch connector. Ya in the mornings it takes a little bit to get warm, but it stays nice throughout the day.
Btw, a switch wont keep the fan on if the ignition is off.

I got a question for you are you looking to make the switch a quick fix or a modification because if it is a quick fix it would take you less time to find the problem then to run the wires. First try running the car with the AC or hearter on and see if the fan comes on then if not follow back from the fan and jump the first senson that you come to if that fixes your problem then you have to get a 10 senson from auto zone if not keep following the power all the way.
