I could make that easily, I have a four-color press and a flash dryer so i can print with plastisol inks. (the kind that all "real" screenprinted shirts are printed with) red and black on a white shirt is fraggin cake. If someone can send the graphic in some sort of photoshop or .pdf I can get on it.
