Not sure what you mean? its not like they are carbs. This style ITB uses 1 huge shaft, similar to my own shaft.. It's always in sync with itself.

you mean throttle return springs? yes, but the shaft is 1 peice.. Vacuum? it has individual ports on each runner.

you should be able to adjust the butterfly's individually, so you get the same vacuum threw each TB. I do this all
the time on sport bikes at work..

But anyways to answer your question, no I didnt sync them even if there is an adjustment. I put the unit up to the light and looked at the throttle plates to make sure they looked good, and that was it. It came off a bike with 1200 miles, wasnt to worried, especially since I really didnt ---- with anything.
