145 whp out of a 12:1 CR LS/VTEC with OBD0 B16 cams is about right. There is such a thing as losing power from undercamming your engine, n00b; peak power was at 6800 rpms and fell off above that point.
But, hey, in the 100-275 whp range the DynoCOM unit I use reads the same as the local MD-1200SE, so that 145 --> 165 whp on most Dynojets.
