HF to LS wiring question...
the '90 B18A im buying has a wiring harness on it already, it will plug into the HF body harness right? will everything work right (no codes)? or should i swap on the HF harness??
rule 1 of engine swaps is
always use the harness that came with the car, then modify it if necessary.
I've done 3 EF B16A's, 1 EF ZC, and 1 EK B18B's, and always used the harness with the car.

accually the B18A does have an EGR on it
and it needs to get blocked off or removed. anyway we have used the HF harness before on ZC and Si swaps in my car, with the EGR plug just hanging around with no place to go...

actually...only the automatic versions of the b18a have the egr....i had a manual version 91 b18a and it didnt have an egr....look under the hood of automatics...and then under the hood of manuals....with the stock motor that is....i dont know about b18a obd1 but obd0 doesnt have them on manuals!

bought it local, its a USDM motor. the only JDM ones i could find where newer OBD-1/2 motors and they want $700+ for them. i got this for ~200bucks cheaper. i will be taking some pics later today of my ---- when the motor shows up (and i clean it a little) and will post them up...
