Default Help with my B Swap in EK9

I bought a 97 Dx Hatch w/B18B, when starting up the car in the morning or after it cools down the engine hesitate out when your trying to rev up and sometimes it back fires. Once the engine is warm up then it revs fine but when flooring it while your in gear it feels very weak especially under rpm is under 4k rpm then when it past 4k rpm it feels like when ls/vtec kicks (you know what I mean if you have LS/Vtec) I recheck the timing and its dead on 0 degrees. Need help so I can take the car to the track.

yes I did check the timing with a timing light and it was on the middle mark of the three marker which I believe that is the 0 degree. I even check both cam gears too and both marker is parallel. And no the ECU isn't fucked because I've used a different one and it to still had the same problem.

did you check the cam timming with timming pins or just look at the arrows and they were up so you concidered it good . i'd take your valve cover ovv use the timming pins and make sure it perfect.
