Default Help me With dohc zc wiring

Hey im new to this site...i need help...i had a 88 civic wagovan dx turbo, it had a jdm dohc zc motor in it turbo its sounds like a joke but it isnt..now it has a mpfi and 450 injectors, and a chipped pm6..what i want to do is take the engine out and swap it into my 1990 crx dx. i kno it will bolt right in and all that and all the mpfi and the injectors are wired right..but the crx had a b-16 init before and the wiring is all boogered up. this is the question can i just hardwire the conntectors in from my wagovan into this crx so the ecu hooks up right or do i have to swap the whole harness from one car to the other? im really confused?

If you are not using the wagovan swap out the harness it's easier to work with then modifying it.
