my car starts up and once the rpm needle begins to fall slightly the car just dies

ok now ive noticed the iacv hums or wines wtv the ---- u wanna call it. is this normal

and what ecu pins can i connect a light to so i can see what codes are being shown. i ask this because my cel light doesnt work therefore im gonna rig up a custom one with wires going directly to the ecu pins

please help im going fucken crazy with this fucken car... im about to abandon everything and start selling my ---- and lease and echo or some ----
