There's a stickied thread to Honduh shop manuals at the top of this forum. You can find whatever you need there.
If I knew off the top of my head I'd tell you, but I only know OBD0/1 like the back of my hand. Sorry to suck like that.
BTW, keep in mind there are two different OBD2 ECU plugs, OBD2A from 96-98 and OBD2B 99-00. So, saying D16Y8 doesn't tell anybody anything much to help you out. It's a good idea to tell us what car you're working on when you ask for help :P
