Head torque specs?
I recently finished a build on an h22 turbo setup. Two day ago I started the car after a year! Ran great. After blowing of a hose i found i had blown a head gasket. I wasn't making any large boost yet(7psi). Later that night i realized i had torqued the head bolts to stock specs, but i would imaging higher torque number are needed once you pushing good boost. With a cometic head gasket and ARP studs around what torque should i go?
When i get to the gasket i post pics. Hope i didn't melt pistons.

Re: Head torque specs?
I have a BOOSTED H22A Ross internals with the ARP's all around the rotating assembly. I went with the same as listed below but I backed everything back out, relubed, and restretched them again to the speck and then when to 85ft.lbs. so far no blown gasket, bust only running wastegate setting, 9psi. HAve fun cause it sounds like something is about to go and then you hear a click for a sigh of relief.

Re: Head torque specs?
I called skunk2 and they said they go 8-10% over stock specs for ARP's, on their n/a motors. So I asked about a boosted H22A and they said when they built the Fit, and installed the turbo they blew a head gasket on the engine dyno at the stock settings. But then they went to a larger diameter ARP stud, retapped the block and still went only 10% over. So yeah I over tightened mine which means they are only good for this one round but like I stated before NO BLOW GASKET.
