When you reuse head studs they can actually stretch. Therefore you have an easier chance of blowing your HG because the metal bolts stretch not clamping tight on the HG.
I picked up my ARP set for ~$100 IIRC.

You mean they replace their head bolts for ARP head studs.
The general Honda engines don't come with Head Studs

The reason stock "bolts" stretch is because they were designed to. TTY=Torque-to-yield

are the APR head studs one time use like the OEM ones are supposed to be or are you able to torque them down more then once with the same reliability??

reuse of headbolts is fine.

extremely reputable honda dealership here don't use new ones.

I'd really only worry about replacing them if your head lifts or warps..
