H23/H22 Tranny's on F22?

Do either work on F22B2's? Ive seen some topics about putting them in, but why? Are they stronger? better gear ratio's? Is there anything else you have to buy/make for them to mate together?

i've "heard" H22 trannys are pretty weak and 3rd gear goes out alot, but i never had a problem with the one i had
