First off, im a newb to the motor swap forum, im just wondering what you guys would think it would cost to swap a gsr motor into my 93 del sol si. Would this be worth it? Would it still have daily driving ability? What would I need if I wanted to start peiceing this together bit by bit? What year gsr motor should i get?
If anyone could shed a little light on this subject for me that would be great. THanks

 

well, if its not stolen... then it will cost you upwards of 2+ Gs, since you wouldnt be doing it your self. thats where a lot of cash will go(jeff wont over charge you). it works fine, my buddy has a gsr swap in his sol. your daily driving ability will be upheld, and actually turn into a driving addiction, because the gsr in a Sol hauls ***. shoot for a 95 b18c, and peice it together just like you would any other project. look around here to get some ideas:
