GSR rods for LS Vtec

Can I use GSR rods for a LS Vtec buildup or do I have to use LS rods. I bought a LS bare Block and I will have to buy LS rods but I can get the GSR rods for free. Any help appreciated.

i want to know the same thing because i want a better r/s . and the gsr rod is a bit longer. someone smart let us know.
