I ran it through the zealworks calc, and it gives a nice lowly 10.5:1 for my ls/vtec build. Question is, do the small end's of the rods have to be modded like people have told me has to be done with ITR pistons? Basicly I'm looking to make power close to a gsr or maybe a hair higher with my b16 head on top.

 

ur just doing a NA build? id use some b16 pistons they fit without any work

 

Yeah, just a little n/a build. I'd use the pr3's from my b16, but my b16 is still in my car, and I can get the gsr's for a decent price

 

you can find sets of pr3's for $50 or less, you have to figure in machining to the cost of the GSR slugs

 

Ok, so they do require machine work. Pr3's it is then...anyone got a decent set?
