Well i finally checked the compression of my cylinders and its at 150-150-150-150. Cant wait to get the 1.6l crank and rods in so i can get ready for boost.

oh ya just incase i have any doughts...the d series engines all use the same block right?(height)

 

Woah buddy. I hope you arn't doing what I think you are doing. If you have a d15 and putting in a d16 crank and rods that won't work. Either it is short or the pistons will smash the bottom of the head. Whatever you do don't do that. Buy a d16 block they are cheap to come buy. Ask around.

 

is 150 good for compression on a d15?? because I did a compression test on mine and i got about the same?

 

it should be about 190-200
