Default Got a problem with new set-up. Help!!!

Ok guys I put my new set-up on about a week ago and everything seems to work fine. Turbo spools up at a pretty good RPM, whistles fine, etc....

The only thing is that my WG has a 7lb spring in it but my boost guage and Freelog both only read 4psi at full throttle. Along with the diffrenece in psi my Greddy Type-S BOV went from sounding like a high pitched sound to the sound a horse makes with his lips.

I checked for leaks and nothing ( exhaust and chrge piping). I also tried tightening the BOV but it made no diffrenece. Please help a brotha out.

I don't understand everything was fine when the Greddy kit was on. Thanks

Set-up:

Turbonetics Ball-Bearing T3/T4
Turbonetics Deltagate II WG
LSD motorsports Log-mani
LSD 2.5in DP
LSD Atmospheric Dump Tube
Customcoach intercooler
2.00-2.5in charge piping w/ authentic Greddy Type-S BOV
2.5 cat delete and 2.5in exhaust
DSM 450's
Xenocron chipped ecu w/ crome free 11psi map ( only running stock setting)

recheck vac lines. Are you sure the wg has a 7lb spring. The horse lip ---- seems like compressor surge. Bov is probably not opening up, again check your vac lines

The WG is hooked up to the vacuume port on the turbo. Should I route it to the intake mani and plug the one up on the turbo? As far as the spring rate I'm pretty sure it's 7psi cause it came from a DRAG GEN III kit and was never messed with.

Ok I got the BOV working properly but I'm still only boosting 4psi. I think the guy might have cut the spring before selling it to me.
